Week 1 Diet Results

This week was all about the simple changes.

Here is what we accomplished:

*Cutting down on sodium
*Portion sizes
*Quick healthy meals to prepare during the week after working all day and toddler approved
*Less soda
*And lots and lots of water

And the results:

Kristina - 2
Austin -1

I think were off to a good start. I know we need to start exercising. I did have every intention but enough with the excuses.
